We close the gap between possibility and practice

Fambirai means 'get going' in Shona, one of Zimbabwe's official languages, which is where our founders are from. It's more than a name. It's an invitation to move forward with purpose and confidence.
We started Fambirai because too many organisations, especially those doing important work, lack the knowledge and confidence to use AI well. The tools are already available. What's missing is the understanding of how to use them practically and safely.
Our role is to bridge that gap, helping teams take that first step into AI with clarity and a deep understanding of how these tools can multiply their impact. We're here to help you get going.
Our team
Our team brings together AI strategy, training, change management and education, with deep experience inside mission-driven and commercial organisations across four continents.
The technology is rarely the hard part. The real challenge is getting people to change how they work. Hearing a good idea isn't enough. That's why we use change management principles to help people actually adopt AI, from simple habits like adding AI sharing to weekly team meetings to setting AI tools as a homepage.
Across previous roles and Fambirai, our team has trained over 9,000 people to use AI. Most come back. That says more than anything else we could write here.

What we belieive
01
Your values should shape your approach
How you adopt AI should reflect who you are as an organisation
02
AI adoption is a people project
It only works when you focus on helping people understand, build skills and change how they work
03
Nobody should be left behind in this shift
Whether you're a two-person non-profit or a 200-person council, you deserve to keep up
"The course was very useful – I can see this saving me real time! It was clear, user friendly, intuitive, and included practical application."
